The 2019 Food and Art Festival

St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Obelisk is excited to host the 2019 Food and Art Festival. This community-wide event will feature creations by local artists and vendors. Proceeds benefit St. Luke’s Lutheran Church ministry and youth programs.

Applications and FEES due by April 1, 2019.

Terms and Conditions

SET UP – All vendors will be allowed to begin on-site set-up at 11:00 am.

Clean-Up – All vendors must clear their designated space of all trash and/or debris. Spaces needing to be cleaned after the event could result in the prohibition of future event participation. All vendors will be released for departure thirty (30) minutes post-event, or after the crowd disperses and the committee provides safe exit routes

Vendors will receive an email confirming application status. • Your logo will be listed on our website and in social media advertising. • If you are unable to attend our event but would like to donate food or craft items, we will be happy to coordinate with volunteers to pick up your contribution the day of the event. Donations will be distributed at the St. Luke’s table by volunteers. • All vendors will be allowed to begin on-site set-up at 11:00 am. • Vendors may begin clearing their designated space of all trash and/or debris by 4:30pm. Spaces needing to be cleaned after the event could result in prohibition of future event participation. • All vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance and read and agree to the waiver below then check the box below the waiver as the acknowledgment. The Vendor shall defend, save and hold harmless the Zieglerville, PA, St. Luke’s Food and Art Fest, their respective officers, agents, council members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by Zieglerville, PA, St. Luke’s Food and Art Fest or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitor must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of exhibitor’s property. ANY VENDOR NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY.
